SHIPING POLICY

Modacaso Offer Shipping and delivery in 4 to 7 business days after placing order.

Cash On Delivery :

We provide the cash on delivery service where our courier partners have the provisions to allow such a form of collection. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when you check out on your purchase.

Please keep in mind the points stated below:

  • Cash-on-Delivery order is processed upon verification by our operation team either via email or phone call.
  • Shipping pin code provided should be in the serviceable area of our logistic partner
  • Do not accept to open the product to see and check or to return at the time of delivery.
  • No credit card/debit card/cheque/demand draft is accepted in COD delivery, only Cash is accepted.

How much are the delivery charges?

Modacaso.com provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 499/-. Otherwise Rs. 60/- is charged towards shipping charges.

Tracking Your Order

After the order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the order and shipment details. You can view the shipment status online from Track Order by entering the Tracking id.

Refunds

Your full refund will be processed within 15 working days of us receiving the product.

What pincodes do you ship to?

Modacaso ships to almost all pincodes in India with the Cash on Delivery option. For availability in your region try your pincode on any of the product page.

Temporary Corona Update:

We have initiated Shipping of all products. Delivery will be made available for all places except Containment Areas, unless deliveries are barred by the local authorities. No Delivery can be attempted in containment areas. Please note that the standard delivery period for orders is extended to 7 to 14 working days, depending upon your zone and area restrictions. You will be notified via email and text message as soon as the order is processed.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Customer are informed here that we use third party courier services for logistics of orders’ parcels.

In unforeseen and unfortunate cases wherein courier services refuse to accept customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery, KESSA shall not be held liable for any loss until below mentioned guidelines are followed by customers.

If parcel is received in tampered condition, customer shall refuse to accept parcel from courier person.

Even if parcel is intact, Customer ought to video-record the act of opening the received parcel as proof of any unforeseen and unfortunate case of receiving wrong or missing products inside parcels.
